Working with a doula agency provides access to a wider range of support and resources. We have a team of doulas with a variety of experience so you are matched to the one that best suits your family’s needs. You have access to backup doula support so there is continuity of care.

Your doula is focused solely on providing high-quality care while the agency handles the administrative tasks and other logistics. All this to say, that you will receive comprehensive and reliable support that exceeds your expectations.

All of our doulas are required to carry an up-to-date doula certification from an accrediting agency. In addition, all of our doulas are current on their CPR certifications. Each doula is insured and must pass a background check.

During the Care Consultation, I take time to really get to know each family and their needs and anticipated challenges.  I then match a doula based on that conversation, along with location, availability, and such.  Each family has the opportunity to meet the doula either virtually or in-person before signing the contract. I like to think that I am a great "match-maker", but if there is ever a time that it does not feel like a good fit, I will happily send along another doula until it feel just right before we commit to the service. You are sharing your home in a very personal, intimate, and vulnerable time so it is a top priority to match you well.

You will be matched to one doula and she will be responsible for your contracted hours. If you choose to add on hours after the package ends, we do our best to keep the continuity of care if her schedule allows. The benefit of having access to the team of doulas comes when back up coverage is necessary due to illness or other unforeseen situations. There will be no interruption in care and the details will be communicated so that your back up doula can seamlessly step in to support your family.
